"We had 6 adults and 2 children, it is a wonderful property which i would happily recommend, the owner is very prompt replying to messages, completely contact free check-in and we had trouble getting the children and adults out of the pool😊😎 A few points (which wouldn't stop us booking again) the plastic tub chairs on the side terrace, there are only 4 it was a lovely spot to sit in the evening but 6 adults- same with the sun lounges by the pool only 4. The chairs around the magnificent large outdoor table were not very substantial- our 4yr old sat on one and it started coming apart! The information folder could be updated the zoo is 12E each not 9E Saying that loved it and would love to go back ❤😎 great place for exploring 😊"

"We stayed for a night. The exterior looks a bit rundown but the apartments are great. Everything works, it’s well equipped and clean. There’s also an elevator which is a major plus. Daily continental breakfast for 11 euros - honestly it’s too expensive for what they serve. You have to bring down your trash upon check out and clean the kitchen if you used it. Overall a nice stay."

"The hotel islocated in an old abbey but the inside apartments are modern, comfortable and clean. The kitchen and supplies are perfect for a simple meal and breakfast to save money if on a budget. The bathroom was spacious for European standards and the bed very comfortable. "

"This is a very centrally located hotel that was ideal for visiting Cognac. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a fully accessible bathroom that would be nice if you had mobility issues. There is no parking on site, but there is street parking and a nearby free parking lot. Staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. "
