We were staying for one night to get the ferry from Harwich the next morning and the hotel was perfect for our needs. "The stuff of the hotel are not fruendly, they dont speak english except one guy. I have been to this hoteln8 years ago and the service was really good When i request to clean the room, they never do it. I stayed 5 days in the hotel they have cleaned for one day only while i was requesting every day for that. The brake fast finishes quickly and is not variant"

"This is a wonderful property in a countryside setting with an equally nice restaurant. I had enjoyable stays there before. However, service and reception quality seem to have deteriorated over the years. On our last stay, we were not even able to use the room we had booked: The reception was closed when we arrived within the stated opening hours, I could find no keys, and no phone number could be reached. Aggressive behavior around my later request for a refund. So I will not be back."

"Objekt war als Ferienhaus ausgeschrieben. Zuerst war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr nett. Es gab Infos wo der Schlüssel liegt und über die Parkmöglichkeiten. Als wir am Abend ankamen mussten wir feststellen, dass das Ferienhaus eher eine Monteurwohnung ist und die Bilder aus einer längst vergangenen, schöneren Zeit stammen... So weit so gut. Bei Betreten des Badezimmers kam uns ein übler Geruch nach Schimmel entgegen. Es gab Spinnenweben wie normal in Garagen oder Gartenhäusern zu...
