"Great staff, very clean room, well presented TV didn't work - only 1 Arabic channel Location - was not aware that could not get a car up to the premises and had to walk (not an issue in itself but would have been if I was with a suitcase & 1 or 2 other bags) as it is in the heart of the old town streets"

"We had nine of us ages 17 to 70, everyone was pleased with the accommodations the food prepared by the cooks and the service of the driver Hassan. This place is right on the beach with gorgeous sunrises. This is not a Marriott resort, so don’t expect that. It is also an hour away from the ferry terminal, so plan for the time cost of transportation. Hassan was very reasonable and got us a nice bus for our trip. We would definitely consider staying here again should we return to Zanzibar."

"Avis mitigés. Nous avons réservé la maison avec piscine super bien le paradis ,propre même si les salle de bain auraient besoin d'un petit rafraichissement, le frigo et les bouteilles fraiches sont très agréable ,très peu de coupures d'eau et d'électricité. A savoir les matelas sont ultra durs c'est surprenant mais on dort très bien! il manque des parasols celui que nous avons eut tout le séjour était cassé.Nous sommes arrivés à 20h après 16h de vols, impossible de diner à l hôtel trop tard, ne...

"The vibes were immaculate. Our room had a private balcony overlooking the ocean on one side, and another balcony good for people watching. The food was great, everything was clean, and, oh... right on the beach and in the middle of the action in Stone Town."

"We stayed at Tulia for 5 days following a safari. The resort was amazing but the best part was the staff. They did everything they possibly could to make our stay the best it could be. They were the friendliest, happiest people we have come across in our travels. The food was outstanding, with plenty of options. We had our flight get delayed and they allowed us to stay on property and use the facilities while we waited. They even arranged for us to shower in the spa before we left. One of the best resorts I have ever been to and hope to go back. "
