Close to the Loire Valley and its castles, golf practice on several courses. Ground floor: entrance, large dining room with lounge, fireplace, small office, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 x 140), toilet, shower room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 x 140, 2 x 90), mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. Ping-pong table and bicycles.

Mandatory cleaning charged for professional rentals at €50 (charged every 15 days).
From October to April, mandatory heating according to consumption (meter reading on arrival and departure).
