"We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 girls - 5 and 8 year old). We stayed in the family room for 4 people which is located on the first floor. You will not see the Eiffel Tower from the hotel unless you are on the 3rd floor. The hotel is located very close to the Eiffel Tower (about a 5-8 min walk). The hotel is also located very close to a subway/metro station (8-10 min walk). The room came with a sofa bed that slept 2 and 2 twin beds put together. However, if you have the sofa bed pulled out, there will be VERY little room left to walk around. Therefore, my husband and I decided to put up the sofa bed and have one of our kids sleep on the couch and the other girl sleep with us. This way there was some room to talk around the room. The flooring was tile which was nice (we hate carpet). The bathroom was kind of small but that goes along with Paris. There were 2 TVs in the room. There is not much storage space in the room. There is a small closet to hang clothes. We had 4 carry-ons with us and 2 kids backpack and had to get creative on how to store them away within the room. The room came with a kettle and cups to make coffee/tea (we didn't use it). The hotel was undergoing remodeling so there were a lot of remodeling material right outside our door. The staff was super nice and helpful with anything. We had breakfast once at the hotel and it was good (boiled egg, ham, pastries, crepes, fruits, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea, pancakes, etc.). The place was overall quiet. "

"The staff was very communicative. The rooms and apartments are great, clean and comfortable. The floors of the building could have a better care of, like the carpets on different floors. It is very centric and has the metro station right in front and several restaurants near by. Totally recommend. "

"Was excellent value for money, room very basic but beds sink, table and a few hooks, but for a couple of nights thats all you need. Toilets and showers are on the same floor. The only thing i would fault reception staff very unfriendly, the only staff member that actually smiled at us is the gentleman looking after breakfast, very nice and friendly, asset to the hotel. Would recommend. "

"Small hotel with a clean room and bathroom. There is a front desk but nothing else in the hotel besides the rooms. Nice rooftop to sit and view of Eiffel Tower. 10-15 min walk to tower. Plenty of shops / food in the area "
