Beautiful 2 rooms of 36m2, entirely renovated with taste. It is on the 2nd floor of a beautiful mansion having kept all its charm.

The apartment includes:

☆ Charming living space with a comfortable single sofa, a new TV 81 cm, a dining table.

☆ Renovated kitchenette with microwave, induction hob 1 fire, 1 kettle, a blender, etc.

☆ Bright room with inner canopy overlooking the living room. It has a bed for 2, a large closet with wardrobe and an old dressing table.

☆ Private bathroom with sink, toilet and large shower 90x90. Towels, toilet paper and soap provided.

A laundry room on the ground floor is accessible to all residents with a washer and dryer at no extra cost. Laundry is not included.
