"Just returned from a wonderful weeks stay at La P'tite Maison. Catherine and Didier were fabulous hosts, very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had the surprise of a bottle of cider, 4 home made macaroons and a jar of homemade jam to greet us, all very yummy. The accommodation was spotless and everything was provided to make our stay enjoyable. Parking was easy behind a locked gate and there was a garden with outside furniture and swing. "We had a lovely few days relaxing in the countryside. Great property, lovely open space for kids to play and gorgeous peaceful views across the valley. We did a day trip to Paris, taking the train from L’Aigle. Check in and out very easy and Nathalie an attentive and helpful host. Would recommend!"

In the heatwave we managed to keep cool enough by arranging air to come in through open windows, but keeping shutters almost closed. "4 of us stayed in Les Chenes gite, which is a 2 bed cottage with its own huge area of garden, outside pergola, and a gentle stream bubbling nearby. Surrounded by trees and grass and birds chirping in the trees, colourful dragonflies and butterflies this was an absolute Eden of peace and calm.
