Entire hotel was run down and not very clean. In fact it closed down while I was staying there. Hope they return my money for the night they kicked me out.

Bad customer service
The worst experience I ever had was with the person in the front desk on Monday 8/12/19. He was very rude to us when asking for an extra key and told us we didn’t need any. I rent hotel rooms a lot for business and am very disappointed about his service if you deal with customers you need to be polite. The next day another gentleman was at the front and was totally different he gave me an extra key because it was not working. The following day the same rude person was at the desk and refused again to help us.
