"This hotel was our saving grace. Our car broke down 50 miles from where we were suppose to stay. The gentleman was very friendly and had a room left. The next day while waiting forever for the AAA tow truck; he let us sit in the parking lot with the car while we waited. The hotel is very quaint and cute; just right for a small town."

"I was unaware of the $100 deposit nd was unable to get the room..the only way to avoid the deposit is paying the full price upfront in cash and the lady at the desk was very rude about everything and constantly kept asking if I had a dog as if that was the only thing she was concerned about. "Nicest couple ever! Had OJ, milk, cinnamon bread and Reese’s peanut butter cups in kitchen upon arrival. Had wonderful animals like goats, guineas, a cat named Mr. Pringles, ducks, and a rabbit. Beautiful country setting. Not in city but only about 8 minutes to Mount Airy. The cabin was beautifully decorated inside and out. Also, very clean! We will be back! "
