We won’t stay there again.
Very disappointed in the 2nd night stay. The first room we were in was aweful. The air wasn’t working in the bedroom. And the air in the sitting area was’t hardly blowing any air. Also there was a an armchair in the room that was disgusting something had been spilled on it and it was stained. Wouldn’t let anyone sit on it. Also there was what looked to be toilet paper on the floor by the chair. Thankfully they put us in another room that was much better. Although it was a none smoking room. My husband was outside a lot. The girl at the desk was pleasant. The other thing was problems with the computers. You all took my money but for some reason the hotel couldn’t get all the thing they needed so I had to pay cash. No I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get my money back. Well we are in a tight budget my daughter is in the hospital dying and this was an added expense I didn’t need.

There was nothing unique about the property other than it needs to be completely remodeled. The worst hotel experience of my life. My family deserves a refund after this nightmare experience. Property did not provide any breakfast despite promising breakfast at Reservations. Room was poorly cleaned. Toilet was not mounted appropriately to the floor. It rocked back and forth significantly when you sat to use it for toileting. The bathroom floor had cracked tile around the toilet with a yellow stain around the fixture. Housekeeping did not provide the minimum number of towels needed to 4 guests. Furniture and carpet badly needs to be replaced. The room provided was definitely not worth the rate charged.

You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for. I was looking for cheap and I got it. The hotel doesn't look like it has had a repair since before covid hit. The pool was covered which was a good thing since it was covered in trash. A sharp contrast to the beautiful pool at the Holiday Inn I could see out my window.
