We had cancelled one of the rooms we booked but it still showed up as booked so she gave me instructions on who to contact and that I should get a full refund. Within 30 minutes as we were heading out she reached out and said “we got the email of your cancellation and you should be good to go” I was very grateful for getting me full refund. "
