"This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. "

"This adorable apartment is located in a great spot in downtown Cape. Close to several businesses and coffee shop. Its very spacious and had lots of room to host our whole family staying there over the graduation weekend! Loved it.. just a very few concerns. 1.The floors were very dirty, they turned my husbands socks black. "The rental is cozy and comfortable. The apartment was pristine. There is a steep staircase to the apartment which could be troublesome for anyone with mobility issues.
