"The price was great! The condition of the property, not so much. Bathroom door didn't latch. Our room door appeared that someone had to break in, as it was splintered and broken near the door knob....The carpet had "rough" spots. BUT, the price was right! Breakfast was hot and ready. "We came down for family birthday party and stayed at this house/cottage. Ryan was very easy to work with. Easy in and out. Clean, quiet, good beds, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap provided as well as starter TP paper, Keurig coffee, and garbage bags. Would not hesitate to rent again! Rented the pontoon as well. Very nice and clean. Lake is easy to get around in. "
