This historic building has been transformed into a superb four-season rental cottage and wedding venue, open year-round. Nestled beside Jones's Brook and close to a century-old cemetery, it promises tranquility and breathtaking surroundings.
Please note: This cottage can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults as overnight guests. We cannot accommodate additional guests beyond those booked at the time of reservation.
Adults only: No children under the age of 15 are permitted due to the many levels, stairs and antiques on site, which may present risks.
Accessibility note: The cottage includes several staircases and may pose challenges to people with reduced mobility such as those with hip or knee problems, or using canes or wheelchairs.
Bedroom 1 (Harris Corner Room): This master bedroom features a cathedral ceiling, queen-size bed, walk-in closet and TV with cable, Netflix, YouTube and more. Large windows offer views of the garden and Jones's Brook. The en-suite bathroom features a hairdryer, rain shower, beautiful recycled dressing table and unique lighting.
Bedroom 2 (Wayside Inn Room): A spacious room with a queen-size bed, private #2 bathroom and located across the street, plenty of storage space and a cozy sitting area with an old church pew.

Bedroom 3 (Felix's Room): This spacious room features two queen-size beds, shares bathroom #3 located next to the kitchen, sleeps up to four and includes cable TV, Netflix, YouTube, etc.

Kitchen: Fully equipped to prepare large meals, with numerous pots, pans and dishes, serving utensils, barbecue tongs, fire extinguishers, first-aid kit, knives, oven and dishwasher. Spices, aluminum foil and parchment paper are also provided.

Dining room: A bright and spacious room with a rustic 8-foot wooden table, perfect for festive meals or special occasions, seating up to 8 people.

Laundry room: Includes a new washer and dryer, deep double sink with concrete countertop, iron, access to central vacuum, and adjoins bathroom #3.

Bathroom 2: Equipped with WC, rustic dressing table, urinal, modern rain shower, hairdryer, stocked linen cupboard, towels, hand soap and wall hooks.

Bathroom 3: Modern shower and bathtub, hairdryer, fully stocked linen cupboard, towels, hand soap and wall hooks.
Loft / Lounge: A newly added space ideal for relaxing, watching TV or holding training sessions. It features a 75-inch Smart TV, Sonos sound system, sofas, tables and comfortable seating.

Great Room: This majestic space exceeds 15 feet in height and features a mini stage with organ, piano, community guitar and pool table. A 12-foot event tree can be decorated year-round, complemented by an impressive 11-foot Gothic glass window that bathes the room in natural light.

Covered Patio Area: Available year-round with seating, dining area, propane barbecue and fire pit by the creek, usable from spring to fall.

Checkroom: Offers a bench, wall hooks and a large closet.

Main entrance: Provides fire extinguishers, slippers for added comfort, access to basement and great room.
