"The property is huge. Very spacious, four bedrooms, and a large bathroom. Lovely terrace surrounding a great pool. There were loads of things to do - table tennis, pool, air hockey etc to keep the teens happy even in poor weather. The host also makes custom game cabinets so we played a lot of pinball. Lesmont is a lovely little village 30 minutes from Troyes, surrounded by arable farms. There is a well-stocked supermarket 10km away. We had a really nice break and would definitely stay here...

"The lodge had everything we needed and was clean. Our host was pleasant and helpful . It was lovely to have the swimming pool to use at any time . We only had 3 days here but would have liked longer , we will go back ."

Outre le fait d'accueillir leurs hôtes dans 1 lieu confortable ,chaleureux, où tout est mis à disposition pour rendre le séjour agréable , Sylvaine et Jean Paul prennent plaisir à partager leur passion des cheveux, des vaches, des abeilles avec les grands et les petits qui garderont de ce séjour des souvenirs hors du commun!!! Des souvenirs qui éveilleront peut-être des futures vocations .Merci à Sylvaine et Jean...

"Bien situé proche de Nigloland des caves de champagne du lac du der et de colombey les deux églises la maison est très calme très spacieuse bien équipé le chien est en sécurité car le terrain est clos et le jardin avec le bassin est magnifique à recommander sans hésiter "

"Property was as described. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Four of the five bedrooms are spacious, one is rather cramped with a sloping roof. Some might find the noise of the constant water flow distracting, we found it soothing. The village is quaint and authentic in an agricultural area but its quite far to go to get supplies. We loved this place, we were all adults but I think there would be too little to do for children."

"We had a lovely week here in August. The pool was great for the kids and the peace, quiet and lovely wine was great for the adults. The village is a nice setting and also very quiet this time of year but the local town of Bar-sur-Aube had everything we needed. Location is great with the theme park of Nigloland just 15 minutes away and the wonderful town of Troyes also near for a change of scenery. "Nous avons passé 3 jours à 10 dans cette superbe maison près du lac de Der et nous avons été charmés : l'espace, la décoration soignée et de bon goût,l'equipement, la communication avec Sarah, tout était parfait. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! "

"Location great. Great layout in property. Great fridge and freezer. Not enough toilets for 15 people and the kitchen sink was appalling, probably a health hazard. The charge for cleaning was excessive on top of a charge per bed for sheets etc. Garden and activities good. There were 2 bikes i think but not great. Pool is small but clean and heated. We had a great holiday despite the negatives. I received flowers from the owner on my birthday and champagne in the fridge. A nice touch."

"Wir verbrachten eine Woche zu viert mit Hund in diesem Ferienhaus. Der Garten ist sicher eingezäunt für Hunde und kleine Kinder und bietet viele Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung (Basketball, Trampolin…). Im Haus selbst gibt es ebenfalls viele Möglichkeiten sich die Zeit zu vertreiben ( Pingpong, Wii, Spiele, Bücher, Zeitschriften). Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, es ist alles da - mehr als ausreichend Geschirr, alle möglichen Elektrogeräte, zwei Kühlschränke usw. Eine Woche war...

"Ce gîte est dans un petit village d'agriculteurs au coeur de la Champagne Crayeuse. La localisation est parfaite: au milieu de rien, mais proche de Brienne le Château (15 minutes) pour courses/restaurant/Musée Napoléon et à 30 minutes de lieux à visiter comme les lacs d'orient et Nigloland... La maison est propre et extrêmement bien équipée avec grande télé internet, pong pong, BBQ et babyfoot. Les propriétaires sont amicaux.
