The description says there is a beach, there is no beach on property or walkable. We had an amazing dinner at Portale nearby recommended and arranged by owner. "Lovely big appartment. Very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely and the beach only a 5 minute walk. The surrounding area is very run down but does not affect your stay at Beverly. Was perfect for a stop off on our way to catch the ferry to Sicily."

"Just feel obligated to describe, so nobody could be fooled in future. I stayed only one night. There was construction/ renovation around the area, banging during the day and the traffic noise at night was unbearable, Apartment was very old and dark, nothing updated. Few rooms, but all was dirty, no air conditioning , apartment is totally unfit for living. No hot water either! The whole experience was horrible! I had to find another place and move!"
