The hotel looks like it was in a perpetual state of renovation - according to reviews online, the hotel has been renovating since 2019. Furniture in the lobby had stains and dust, Check-in took more than 45 mins as they only have 1 staff manning the counter. Our checkin process was delayed as they could not find the booking of a group prior to us. Note that they do not have luggage storage and will take 50RM room deposit for the booking.
Funny thing was, when we got our room keys and went to our level, we realized our door could not be opened. Something seemed stuck behind the door… and one of the housekeeping staff had to ‘bang’ into the door with her arm to open it. After going in, we were resting in the room for a while and we abruptly heard someone trying to open our room door. (They had a mix-up….)
The towels, bedsheets in the room have stains and the shower head looks like it was falling off. Basically the room is not in a very good condition… but you get what you pay for. Toothbrush and soap is provided.
Location is good, within 5 walking mins of KSL (but have to cross busy roads so elderly & children be mindful) but hotel is so run-down we stayed only for 1 night and rebooked another hotel for our 2nd night.
