This 1898 charmer is freshly renovated throughout and carefully appointed with modern conveniences while retaining it's turn-of-the-century character. All new furnishings, luxury bedding, towels and linens, new decor and kitchen accessories will ensure your comfortable stay. In addition to 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home features a sunny, well-appointed kitchen, comfy living room, den with pull-out sofa and welcoming dining area. Top-notch guest service guaranteed!

Please note that this property is the main level of a house. There is an upstairs apartment with permanent tenants with a private entrance. There is no access between the upstairs and downstairs. There is parking for three cars for this home.

Family visit for a Memorial Service
Very nice property. Enjoyed the large living room as we had other family members stop by and visit. Everything was clean and comfortable and the location was great for everything we needed. Many restaurants nearby.

Great house and location for a family of 4 adult aged people to stay at for a brief weekend visit. Extra parking places were greatly appreciated. And the next door neighbor’s flower garden was beautiful!

The house was very clean and wonderfully decorated. It was perfect for multiple families coming together for graduation and was close enough to downtown area to walk. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

Great house to stay in while in the area. It is close enough to downtown and has all the amenities you want when you are traveling for work and away from your home for long periods of time. Highly recommend

Wonderful and convenient stay in Johnson City! Loved the house, location and convenience. Really enjoyed walking to get coffee at Open Doors less than a block away then sipping it on the big front porch with mountain views. Host was super helpful and made everything easy. Will stay again!

Beautiful home & even better in person than in pics! This home has so much charm & personality & the attention to detail blew us away. Great access to the highway and just close enough to downtown. This house provided a great location to unwind after a day of work and allow us to cook some meals while out of town for work instead of relying totally on take out. Comfortable bed and a very nicely decorated and thoughtful house. Sherry is wonderful and super helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in town.

Myself and my 7 bridesmaids stayed here for my wedding weekend, and we had the best time! Getting into the house was super simple and straightforward. Everything was clean and ready for us to move in for our 2-day stay. I accidentally left my pillow at the property, and Sherry was easy to reach and even dropped it off on my porch for me (lucky I live locally). She truly went above and beyond to treat us well! :)

My Family and I came up for the Bristol race. What a great location!! The house was amazing. We fell in love with it immediately. The charm is indescribable! Sherry the host is amazing. The house was immaculate! Very nice linens! Everything and more than you could ever ask for. We will definitely be back. In fact was wanting to book in September but someone already booked for the weekend we wanted to come 😢

Great and super-clean for family wedding stay
Great, clean property with easy access and nice fixtures/appliances. Plenty of beds for our family of 6! We were *surprised* to hear of a "permanent upstairs tenant," (thereby assigning us parking spaces in the driveway) in the check-in instructions! We felt safe, etc., but never thought to ask if there was a tenant upstairs! The property is a house and doesn't appear in the pics to be a duplex of any kind. Disclosure of the tenant upstairs would have been more up-front. That said, still a great, reasonable stay. Thank you!

Family Thanksgiving
3 nights to celebrate Thanksgiving with family who reside in Johnson City. The house is wonderful and very clean and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Only concern is that it’s located on the corner of a busy street, which I didn’t realize when booking. Other than the expected traffic noise, it was very quiet. Would stay here again.
