Booked the property through Expedia got there and the person didn’t speak any English, showed him the confirmation from Expedia and wasn’t able to get my room . Overall experience was not great one .

I made a reservation for this hotel. When I arrive and inform them that I had a reservation and I am there to check in.. they without even checking the books looked at me very disrespectful and tells me how they have no rooms.. I informed them once again I had a reservation they again informed me no rooms.. This place desperately needs either new management or a new owner who is more inclined to do business with a paying customer!! I will never stay at this place again not only that but I will inform everyone I talk to in the next few months that no one should stay at a place that conducted business in this manner because I look a certain way my money isn't good enough... I am very unsatisfied and angry about this

Worse room experience I ever had!
This place is absolutely disgustin!! The old man! Owner was so very rude and the room smelled and but wore than that it had roaches everywhere! Then the owner tried to keep my money!! Worse experience other motels I ever had !!!!

Extremely filthy environment
The rooms were extremely dirty. The bedding had ash burns on them. Didn’t even stay the night. Decided to cancel stay, because it was so bad.

The room smelled like it had been chain smoked in since it was built, the matress was filthy and didnt have a protector on in, there was hair on the pillows, and so much more that was just gross and i didnt end up staying, i took the key back and just left.

I am traveling with my cat. The description of the motel on Expedia didn’t mention that pets are unwelcome. When I arrived and I walked into the motel, there was a sign stating no pets of any kind, and if a customer is caught with a pet in the room, they will be immediately evicted, and charged $50. As I was leaving, the owner told me to contact you, and refund any money I spent at his property. Fortunately, I did not. I ended up spending the night in my car, at a rest area. I will NEVER use Expedia again!!! >:^(

The room had holes in the ceiling and walls, toilet did not flush, full of roaches, no hot water, pillow cases dirty snd stained, bed sheets wete drawn on with a sharpie marker. The worst experience ever.

There was some dead roaches and some windows were boarded up- did not see many only saw like 4 alive and killed every one of them. Didn’t even honor our reservation and had to book for two separate nights

The bathroom was disgusting. The floor was wet and there was hair in the shower. Bugs everywhere. The bed linens were stained and smelled bad, it was gross. I slept in my own sleeping bag rather than use the sheets. The room smelled terrible. Even my backpack stinks now, three days later.

The worst most rundown place I have ever stayed at. Bugs dirt and cobwebs webs in the room. Holes In the bed and sheets, And comforter. No place for clothes To hang. The owner pretended he could not speak english and cheated me out of money.

The neglect of basic property maintenance as well as cleaning/deep cleaning is apparent but It is an older property and for the price it’s at or below what you’d expect. The older gentleman that checked me in was a little angry/abrasive and did not seem to believe that I would be staying alone in my booked room. Shower was hot, bed was ok, and it was quiet enough for sound sleep (Sunday night)
