Great family weekend landing spot
Booked this cute cottage for our first parent weekend at ETSU. Minutes from campus made this so convenient. This place could not have been cuter. Simple, super clean and worked great for our family.

Very clean charming house!
Very easy check-in process! The house was spotless and very comfortable (my husband really appreciated the black out curtains ;) Olivia was very fast in responding to questions - beds were comfortable and house was well-stocked. Our only issue (through no fault of the home owner) was there were neighboring dogs on almost all sides of the fenced in area outside that barked at our 2 dogs, which is normal dog behavior, however I tried to find times the other dogs weren’t out to take my dogs out. Again, not something the home owner can control, just a heads up for other renters with shy dogs. Still a 5-star experience!
