Welcome to my historic 1920 estate in the Johnson City Tree Streets Historic District. Located across the street from the lovely East Tennessee State University campus and only a 1-minute drive to downtown shops, breweries and restaurants.
Enjoy a fully private studio featuring a comfy queen bed with plush linens, blackout curtains and an overhead fan. You have your own private bathroom and private entrance with 24/7 keypad entry.
Private bathroom features comfy towels & courtesy bath products. A microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker & desk make this the ideal set up for remote work, plus enjoy free snacks provided.
The heart of downtown Johnson City is walking distance. You will find incredible dining and breweries, such as Timber! Restaurant for elevated affordable cuisine, and Tennessee Hills Brewstillery.
During the spring time you'll see a number of flowering trees throughout the Tree Streets and many colors of autumn leaves in the fall. Your host can recommend different walking routes to enjoy the scenery of the Tree Streets historic estates' architecture.
