"We stayed here in Jan 2025. This place is like an add-on to a small house. It seemed to be a fairly new remodel. The furniture and beds were nice. Temps outside were mid forties. There was one mini split unit that kept the main area plenty warm. There were small space heaters that don't work well for heating the bedrooms so the bedrooms were very cold. The internet comes and goes. You'll have internet for a few minutes then it will quit. For their online check in, they asked for a copy of my DL. I certainly wasn't going to give that to a stranger. When I called and told the lady it was crazy for them to ask for that and I wouldn't be giving that to them, she said it was okay and she would call me the next day at 2pm for more information on checking in. I never received a call and I started calling and emailing them. I sent 2 emails and called and left 3 messages with no response. On my way to OK, I called again and left another message. I had to call about 20 times back to back to finally get a return call. Finally, the night before leaving, I emailed and texted and asked for check out procedures. Again I received no response. We cleaned the dishes and took the trash out and left. On top of everything else, there was remodeling going on in the adjoining house and we enjoyed pounding all day. It is only reasonable to expect better communication, warm bedrooms and adequate communication. With the construction the place shouldn't have even been rented"

"We rented the property while visiting my husband’s family in the Choctaw/Midwest City/OKC area. The location is super convenient, and we were really happy with the property considering the price point. It’s nicely decorated, and it feels homey. The king bed in the master was very comfortable, which was a huge plus for my husband and I. My boys each had their own room, which was another plus. My biggest complaint is that the kitchen is not well stocked, which really limited what we could cook. There’s minimal pots and no pans. There were only two cookie sheets. No real cutting boards that I could locate and the knife set was very dull which made cutting/chopping very difficult. As an owner of a short term rental property myself and knowing you can’t please everybody, I am not dinging my rating for this, but I did want to note it for possible improvement in the future. The shower liner was also in need of replacement, and I noted that the property could use a deep cleaning to get to things like baseboards and window sills that don’t get cleaned on a regular maintenance cleaning. Overall the property was very clean, so I’m not really dinging the rating much for these things I noted. We really enjoyed our stay annd were very pleased with the property and will look to stay here again in the future. "
