We made a booking at Tshedza Guest House for 3 Nights, however when we arrived at the guest house we found the state of the venue to be appalling!
We were taken to our room which had the lights falling out the ceiling, bare wires coming out the wall, bedding with cigarette burns in it, a rusted bath with a broken shower head etc... We advised the receptionist that the accommodation was not satisfactory and that we could not stay there, he then phone the manager who had already left to advise him if this and request a refund however the manager refused.
Later the evening we phoned the manager again to request a refund, he refused, we requested the owner of the establishments details which he refused to provide us with due to the owner not residing in South Africa.
I've attached a few photo's of the public area at the venue - the staff would not allow us to take photo's of the room we were allocated, however these give an idea of the state of the establishment - wires hanging from the ceiling, mattresses standing in the passage way, broken floor tiles and the broken barbeque area which is listed as a feature of the venue.
