Situated in Broadacres (Fourways), this 2-bedroom apartment is on the first floor and provides beautiful accommodation in a peaceful setting. It is situated in a very quiet & secure estate with private parking.

The fully equipped kitchen has ample cupboard space, electric oven & stove, a one-plate gas stove in case you need to cook during loadshedding, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery & crockery you’ll need.

There is no cable TV/satellite, but there is a smart TV so you can login to your Netflix (or other) account or stream movies via your laptop by using the apartment’s internet fibre connection.

The clubhouse in the estate has a swimming pool, built-in braais/BBQ, pool table, big screen TV, lounge & bathroom facilities.
