"Customer service is rubbish at this property, we paid for nonsmoking room but upon checking in the room stunk of cigarettes and damp , we have to call the police in order for them to change the room !"

"Lovely property in a great location. In great condition, clean and all the basics provided. The only downside was that the bed frame was really squeaky so ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Also note there is no bedroom, it’s an open plan studio."
