The hotel was excellent, the staff went out of their way to assist us. All around an excellent experience and will definitely tell family and friends to stay here. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

It’s very well located and the staff was always with a smile. However the bathroom was not clean and well kept at all. Very dirty bathroom made our stay not to be great.

I would avoid the ocean front suites if you are looking for a quiet sleep. The sliding doors to the balcony are not the best at suppressing the sounds of the main street. But it’s proximity to the beach is pretty good

If you expecting top service or a 3-4 stars in Joao Pessoa, then get prepared because this stars won't exist there. Starting with the good stuff, the shower was ok, but none of the amenities were refueled. The cover blanket and pellow covers were disgusting, after 3 attempts the switched for clean ones. Their merchant machine to payoff the bill might not work so bring cash with you. The pool is nothing you see in pictures, it is really small. The towels from the room are very low quality and you will get one per person, we asked for the pool towels to use it at the room, it worked ok. The breakfast its better then a continental US breakfast, but be ready because its very oily.

Dentro do esperado.
Estadia dentro do esperado no que se refere ao quarto. Pontos de melhoria: piscina suja durante todo final de semana. Foram limpar em pleno domingo, ficando acessivel apenas a infantil, mas mesmo assim quem tinha crianças não conseguia usar pq os adultos passaram usá-la. Mais um ponto a desejar, foi a falta de informações a respeito do estacionamento. Na reserva informa que há estacionamento disponível,porém não detalha que custa R$ 15,00 por diária. Café da manha bom. Funcionários atenciosos.

Atendimento dos recepcionista sao bem serios e nao tem nem um pouco de simpatica e cordialidade. Sou gold e e tenho upgrade de quarto, perguntei sobre isso para a recepcionista e ela disse que eu teria que pagar 250reais pelo upgrade e que tinha disponibilidade. porem mostrei que no site do Hoteis.com eu tinha direito gratis. ela levou para o supervisor e depois voltou dizendo que nao tinha disponibilidade. achei um absurdo isso. quarto 419 o chuveiro estava pessimo, rack embaixo da tv com uma parte estourada.

O hotel em si não é bom! A maioria dos funcionários são muito seco e não sabem lidar com o público. Os preços são de um hotel 5 estrelas e este nem chega perto de um! Minha mãe estava indisposta e não desceu para o café. Pedimos para levar uma banana pra ela e foi uma novela pra conseguir „autorização“ para levar a fruta. Minha irmã solicitou um copo na recepção, pois tínhamos que misturar o medicamento que foi receitado pra minha mãe e disseram que tinha que pagar R$25,00 por dia pelo „aluguel“ do copo, sem contar a demora em conseguir um. Posteriormente o valor do aluguel não foi cobrado, mas tudo é uma dificuldade no estabelecimento. As cortinas são sujas, rasgadas e emperradas. E pra piorar não cobrem totalmente a janela o que faz a iluminação da rua atrapalhar na hora dormir. O banheiro é minúsculo e mal projetado. Não colocam shampoo e sabonete líquido nos recepientes. A gente precisa ficar pedindo pra repor. A limpeza do quarto é horrível e isso quando limpam! A piscina é do tamanho de um ovo. A foto do hotel que está na internet é fake! O fotógrafo fez um ótimo trabalho! Photoshop!!! A internet é horrível. O café da manhã tem muita coisa, mas tudo repetido. Sempre tem que alertar que não tem mais café ou outra coisa! Também tem a demora para a limpeza das mesas. O fluxo de hóspedes é grande na alta temporada e não há funcionários suficiente para a demanda! Enfim, não recomendo! Além de ser caro não agradou! Tudo deixou a desejar☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
