Terrivel, uns funcionários muito legais, e outros terríveis.. limpeza péssima, mal realizada, lençóis manchados e sujos, faltou cobertoa, tive que comprar. Toalha rasgada, e fronha, pedi outras novas, mal cheirosa .... e por final o ar vazando água... e batendo e barulho, às 4h da madrugada... o local estranho, ao redor muito sujo e com muitos moradores de rua no entorno, pedintes.... horrível.

Os funcionários do hotel são muito atenciosos. O café da manhã atende a expectativa para o padrão do hotel. Boa localização, muito próximo da praia, da feira de artesanato, dos pontos de alimentação e passeios. Pontos de melhoria: Ter mais atenção nos detalhes estruturais (vazamento de água na pia e no chuveiro do banheiro, umidade no quarto, chuveiro dando choque, área de banho do box muito pequeno. Grande potencial para crescer mais
Incrível o atendimento dos funcionários em especial ao Matheus recepção e o senhor que esqueci o nome que trabalha no café. Quanto a estrutra deixa a desejar. Roupas de cama e Toalhas bem usadas, tv podia ter um plano básico de TV a cabo, quarto com cheiro muito forte.
