Desde la terraza y alberca puedes ver la ciudad de Cuernavaca, hermosa por las noches.
La casa es muy espaciosa, excelente para familias grandes con niños o grupos de amigos.
Tiene áreas sociales perfectas para convivir en familia y divertirse.
La alberca y jacussi con vista te sorprenderá, con caldera opcional. La terraza cuenta con asador y horno para hacer carnes asadas frente a la alberca.

En la partes social ( terraza) se tiene un jacussi, baños con vestidor y mesa de billar

También tenemos el servicio de cocinera con costo de 600 pesos el día
mesero de 500 pesos el día como servicio adicional.

Todas las instalaciones son privadas y pueden hacer uso toda la noche.

El fraccionamiento es un club privado de golf, en donde las casas son muy grandes y gozas de estar en la montaña, con muy buena vista.
es muy seguro por las noches ya que se tiene vigilancia permanente las 24 horas, mas que se tiene doble caseta para ingresar al domicilio.
