Jerry at front desk tried helping me solve the issue but hotel was solid booked. Buffet is good. Many food selections. Lucy the concierge was amazing trying to help me navigate the city. "Old but gold. Old hotel, old design and deco, but clean and well-maintained. Nice and firm bed, quiet rooms ensure you'll enjoy a good night's sleep. 3 restaurants, 2 of which the dim sum and Japanese restaurants are highly rated. There's a convenience stall in the lobby as well. There's a spa which we didn't get to try. The gym is basic but functional."
