"Im letzten Jahr waren wir mit 4 Personen in einem entsprechend großen Zelt in Vierhuizen . Das hat uns sehr gefallen . Größe und Ausstattung TOP. Dieses Jahr sind wir ohne Kinder verreist. Das 2 Personen Zelt ist wirklich sehr sehr klein . Man kann sich kaum drehen und wenden. Wenn es regnet hat man Pech und ist im Zelt gefangen weil es auf der Terrasse keinen Schutz gibt . Dieses Jahr war eine extreme Mückenplage , evtl auch deshalb weil einige Zelte direkt an einem Tümpel stehen . Ich war noch...

"Sehr schönes Ferienhaus im schönen Städtchen Grou. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist super und besonders hat uns der große Wohnraum mit offener Küche und großer Terrasse mit Blick aufs Wasser gefallen. Für Familien absolut empfehlenswert, für zwei Parteien sind die Schlafzimmer evtl. ein bisschen zu klein."

Thank goodness the kind lady at the registration office clarified things for me. I understood that towels/tea towels would be included with the linens, but there was an extra fee for these items. Just a note for mobility challenged guests, the stairs are very steep and narrow."

There is a grocery store in the next town over so it's a quick drive or bike ride if you need to pick up anything. "Our Holiday in grou was wonderful. The house was really well equipped and big enoug for all of our family + our dogs. The garden is surrounded by fences and hedges. That gives you a lot of privacy and you don`t have to worry about the dogs. The garden is big enough for playing tabletennis and badminton, which we did a lot :-) Moreover there is a little ferry 5 minutes away, which brings you to the city center for shopping or visiting restaurants or doing some waterspouts. Ein Nachteil ist wirklich, dass alle Bewohner des Obergeschosses - bis zu 6 Personen - Tag und Nacht eine extrem steile und schmale Treppenleiter bewältigen müssen, um von dort aus eine sanitäre Einrichtung aufsuchen zu können... "Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet; großer Wohn-/Essbereich mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Schlafräume mit bequemen Betten, geschützte Terasse mit Gartenmöbeln und zusätzliche Sitzgruppe direkt am Wasser. Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Lovely location and clean property. Niggles were around the owner not responding to questions about what would already be there (there were filters for the coffee machine, now there are 2 boxes! There is a car charge point nearby but no idea if we could have accessed it). We also weren’t sure if we were allowed onto the jetty but presumed we were. But a nice quiet place to stay."
