Not once did cleaning crew come clean, I had to clean everything myself even before I set myself in I had to clean. Only two channels to watch tv. Worst place. I do not recommend. "

"Really enjoyed my stay here. My 3rd floor room was huge and with an excellent view of the lake. The gardens are immaculately kept and daily breakfast was delicious. Very easy walk to the main areas of town and convenient to everything. Would definitely return."

"Hotel is safe, breakfast is the same everyday. Bad experience was 4 staying in the same room only got 2 or 3 shower towels and 2 hair shampoo and 2 water bottles. The Great part was went to front desk, I ask for additional items and did get them. "

"The suite I booked was supposed to be a Comfort Room with King bed and an included Microwave. We had neither. Future visitors should be aware that the plumbing is old and there are limits on what can be flushed down the toilet. Staff are great and our breakfast experience was good. One other item of note is the garden has a Saturday Artisan market, with set up starting early. If you plan to enjoy the grounds and pool, Sat is a bust. "
