"The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who tended to us last night. He was very patient and especially helpful to our multiple queries and tried his best to help. We were very grateful for his sincerity in wanting to help. "夕朝食ともに美味しく満足。平日のも関わらず朝食が混雑してし過ぎて大広間で摂ることに。もう少し時間制限など混雑緩和する対応が必要。風呂はロッカーが小さ過ぎ。露天があったら尚更良い。"

"Hotel was very clean and new. They provided toiletries and the staff was very nice. The biggest issue is the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything coming from the other rooms, especially at night. I couldn't sleep because the next room was talking until 4 am. The sound from the other rooms is so loud its like they are in the same room with you."
