不曉得在哪個環節出了問題，我們抵達旅店時，主人並不知道有我們的訂房，緊急找了朋友幫我們開門。可能因為不知道當日有客人，沒有事先整理，開門後一樓客廳與二樓房內都有濃重霉味。客廳和餐廳桌面都有雜物，四人房內的浴廁還留有之前客人用完的牙刷。房內地面有肉眼可見的灰塵。 由於主人不在，原本在 hotels.com 預定的早餐也無法提供，主人這部分有退款。
