"I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The complex is new which really helps and I got a nice upgrade and the room was of a very high standard. The staff were very nice. "The room was too hot the entire stay and we had to keep asking for towels etc for our daughter who was in the room with us. Other than that, it’s a good hotel, well located and with lots of inclusions."

Location, rooms & breakfast are great
"Amazing location for skiing. Very comfortable hotel to stay in, huge rooms and fantastic views. Breakfast is great but all other hospitality areas lack atmosphere and quality service. Check in is long and complicated. Definitely not the high standard of experience expected at a normal Hyatt."
