They substituted a beautiful salad and told me if I didn’t like the salad, the chef will stir fry a plate of vegetables for me. The housekeeping staff left us sweet messages and gave us extra bottles of water, warning us about the dry climate in Xi’an."

"The building and the room has the old english theme which is very unique. i totally understand if the hotel management want to keep to the theme but some refurbishments are needed as the room look worn out i.e bathroom tiles, the cabinets, carpets. Overall, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. "
