"Address on web site was wrong. We lost time and money when we took taxi at night. It was not good and safe. I recommend to write hotel and the address in Chinese on booking confirmation sheet. Otherwise taxi driver cannot speak or understand English. "

"Hotel is in a very convenient location near many businesses and the metro is close by. The staff is very attentive to guests, offering a wide variety of excellent foods and service. They have afternoon tea and pastries from 1-5pm, which I thought was a very thoughtful idea. Their gym also has a decent amount of equipment. Most other hotels are a little barebones in terms of equipment."

"Overall, the hotel condition and services are great. Especially, Wang Cong, working at the reception desk provided outstanding customer service and a positive attitude. She had a great communication skills and helped me in many ways. The deposit for room is 2,000 yuan, relatively higher than other hotels in China."
