"It seems that the hotel is poorly managed. We arrived in the evening and ordered an in-room dining. We were promised the food in 30 minutes, but instead it took more than an hour to get it. The food was disgusting, the chefs obviously do not even know how to make the most simple salads (such as Garden or Caesar), not to say mushroom soup. "I stayed here twice. This was the only hotel I found in China that actually spoke no English. Most of the staff was nice but one bad apple made things very unpleasant--when checking in, the receptionist first ignored us for 5 minutes while letting others go first, then (very deliberately) tried to charge 70 yuan extra, and then took about 15 minutes to run the credit card correctly.
