"This place checked all the boxes for a college friend reunion. Location was very central to UW and downtown. very clean, and quaint. There are a lot of stairs to get to this apartment, so if you have knee, hip or issues with stairs, this is not a good fit for you. But this was a perfect place to stay and very clean and cute. Communication was great!"

Overall very satisfied with our stay. The address on the VRBO listing was incorrect . We arrived at the wrong location initially and had to contact property manager and he promptly replied with the correct address. "

"The property was very spacious and homey. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out. Loved the nice dining room table. It was great for family game night. I didn't realize that this particular property was upstairs, but we were nice and cozy with beautiful views of this historic neighborhood. It was nice to hear the church bells chime from the local Catholic Church. Loved the location, close to the river. We enjoyed a beautiful walk across the river and downtown with a little bit of snow....

"Our stay was pleasant. A good location for us since it is located right on/near the Ice Age Trail. Plenty of wonderful places to eat. The people in Cornell are very kind and friendly. The room we stayed in was nice. It was on the first floor (main floor) and had a private bathroom which was very nice. The room has a small refrigerator with a good-sized freezer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, television sets. Amenities were provided such as shampoo, soaps, etc. and some snacks. Very easy...

The two bedrooms are on the second floor, up two sets of stairs. This might be a challenge for anyone with a heavy suitcase or physical limitations. Big, well lit bedrooms. Nice bathroom. "Overall, a great weekend getaway for our family! The downstairs unit walked out to a great play space for the kids, and a great screened porch to have our breakfast meals. We enjoyed the paddleboat and canoe, as well as bringing our dog. Only potential drawback is having noisey upstairs renters, as their voices/music/TV could be heard clearly from lower level main bedroom. Also, at 6'3", I bumped my head a few times in the back portion of this rental."
