Please note; The quote provided is on the basis of 10 guests only, any guest above 10 staying at the property is charged $50 per person, per night.
This needs to be disclosed at the time of booking, so that the additional payment can be added onto your booking and paid for. If booked for 10 guests only, the house will be made up for 10 guests only.

Important message for guests organising events.
Family groups encouraged to book. If it is a group of young adults your booking may be cancelled if the requirements do not meet.
We have a strict NO PARTY OR EVENTS policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/bridal showers/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday parties celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
