"Hotel has a transport service for Everland, and as this was the reason we stayed here, that was perfect. There’s not much public transport close, and the streets are very hard to navigate with a large suitcase. Helpful and friendly staff. "

"The property was quite old and run down but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the resin I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 stars is that the price is not bad, and I believe most hotels in the area are similar. The onsen is good but also other hotels have them as well. I guess this is one of the most famous ones. "

"Stylish hotel, it shows a bit of wear and tear but still very nice and classy. Unfortunately the sauna and bathhouse were closed - which is for us the most important feature in each hotel we go to. Pool is open only at certain times. "

"It’s brand new. Nothing is to be charged to the room. Everything in the building is separate entities. One restaurant was never open. Breakfast was cheapest hotel buffet I’ve seen, quality was above average, but worth the price. Air conditioning was off so the room was 80 Fahrenheit but they did bring a fan and we opened the 12th floor window for cool air. Very nice facility but left something to be desired. "This hotel is more for a convention purpose. Not family friendly if you are traveling with kids. Also during the winter all the hotel rooms share the same room temperature which for my family was a bit too hot and stuffy. Found weird that we were not able to turn on the AC.
