"We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Down By the Sea with Heike and Hans as our welcoming hosts. The location is picturesque and is the perfect secluded beachfront hideaway where you can unplug. Very clean and we had everything we needed. We are already hoping to return soon."

"We had during our stay moisture next to the bed, that made us sick, ants & a scorpion in the room, 3 electricity blackouts and 3x loss of all the food in the fridge. Additionally to this during the whole stay we were living on a construction site as the owner planed to extend the property. With this circumstances the owner was not ready to reduce price or to find an arrangement that was convenient for us."

"My wife and I had a most pleasant stay for eight days at "Down by the Sea". Our accommodations there were very quite, very clean and very comfortable. Our hostess, Heike, was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. She was most helpful with directions and references for local eateries.
