失望的入住
这个酒店让我的家人很失望，硬件设施不错，但是服务不好。另外入住体验根本与网站照片和宣传差距太大了。

总体说服务还算跟得上，租车问路等，房间卫生一般，我住了两晚，主要是住地离东栅近。可能暑期客人多服务员忙吧，我下午回来还是没轮到打扫我房间。打电话询问早餐券，两次说已经给了我，让我找了几遍都没有，幸苦最好后还是让我吃了。其实我根本看不见有人进房间的痕迹。

飯店環境設施不錯 員工服務也很好 會幫忙叫車去景點 離東西柵不遠 可惜我們時間不夠可以好好享受飯店設施
