"Cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at anywhere in the world, top to bottom. Attentive, caring staff in every part of the place. Free excellent self laundry machines, 24 hr snacks and coffee. Excellent plentiful breakfast and even a free nighttime light meal on offer. Super location, right downtown. Very reasonable price. Only complaint: taxi company they have on call has surly, unfriendly drivers- any other local cab would be better. We were there 6 days and tried at least 2 others who were much better. Strongly recommend the Kindness Hotel- they really live up to their name! "

"Very relaxing and beautiful stay. All of the staff were wonderful and so helpful. Very family friendly - from the play areas to the pools to meals. Amazing to be able to have the gorge almost to oneself to explore in the morning. Best stay of our 2+ week trip staying in luxury hotels. Wish we had booked a longer trip and we look forward to returning for another relaxing stay!"

The hotel is situated in a historic area near the railroad station, making it easy for travelers like me to commute. From here, I could easily visit My Market, the traditional market, and the Pacific Ocean Park.One of the highlights of this location is the free bike rental, which allowed me to explore the nearby trails, including the scenic Cheung trails. This added a lot of value to my trip and made getting around effortless. this hotel is an excellent choice due to its prime location and accessibility."

"Buffet is overcharged, room service is reasonable. Facilities are bit old and wore out. For example, the Pool tables are wore out, they should be replaced. "
