The Quonnie breachway, dock, and Quonnie pond are within easy walking distance. The kitchen is well-equipped and the deck out back was delightful for a cookout. The home is very neat and clean, a typical Rhode Island beach house. The owners were kind enough to return to us a small item that we left behind! We highly recommend this listing. It was perfect for us. "

"The property managers have literally thought of everything for a comfortable well-appointed stay, including an Alexa speaker for music, binoculars to view sights in the bay, lights under the porch for nighttime illumination, and a pleasant plug-in scent diffuser. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the flowers at both the front and back door were beautiful and well-maintained. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This cottage perfect for two people. The location has all the amenities you could ask for. Climbing up and down the 43 steps to cottage can be tiring especially for the elderly. There is Liquer store very close buy and grocery store within 5 miles. I must say that prices there very high, but in no way does that reflect on owner. We certainly are looking forward to coming back for another stay."
