"Very nice place to stay & close enough to Hot Springs! Beautiful view over the river. Couple of very minor issues with the shower head & the empty small shelf over the toilet. Would happily stay there again!"

"The property was exactly as it was on the app! The host a binder with a lot of great suggestions! There was a little hair in the shower and the toilet seat was broken, but useable and even with that I’d book it again. Plus there was cleaning supplies so I was able to clean the shower, which was very minimal cleaning. The view was spectacular, my hubs and I sat on the balcony and watched the sunrise over the water each day we were there. Go ahead and book it!"

"Great condo! We stayed during the middle of the week so it was nice and quiet. This is a lower floor so was great for those of us who don't do stairs. It was so convenient to walk straight in from the parking lot. the unit was meticously clean. We appreciated the addition of complimentary toiletries. The weather was a little chilly so we weren't able to sit on the balcony for morning coffee but the unit has wonderful glassed in front facing the lake so we had excellent views. "

"Shawn's place was a peaceful, relaxing place to call home during our visit to Hot Springs. The condo wasn't too far from downtown HS, and yet you felt like you were in a different world once you got back to the condo. The views of the lake from both inside and outside on the porch were absolutely delightful as we watched the various boats and the birds and ducks going to and fro. The condo seemed larger to us than the pictures on VRBO, and everything was clean and well taken care of. The kitchen...

The condo is an easy drive to the downtown area with plenty of restaurants around. If we’re ever back in the area we would definitely stay here again. "
