"Nice hotel in a really handy area, close to what we needed. Despite central location it was quiet and we got a good nights sleep. Lovely rooftop bar but recommend booking. We did get a nice spot after only waiting around 10 minutes. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. The only slight criticism was that room was a little on the small side but we were only passing through and staying 1 night so was fine for us"

"The hotel is outstanding, much better than anticipated. It was somewhat harder to find the door at night because it is in a side street, extremely closed to Piazza San Marco. If you are a light sleeper, you might have an issue with the church bell during the night. Room had a nespresso coffee machine and an electric tea kettle with different selections of tea. The room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was a dream. Highly recommend! "

"Hotel is average three star very similar to other along the beach. The reception staff are friendly. Breakfast good - lovely bread and fruit but eggs and bacon greasy. Our room was small and dark with no room for cases or bags and only a small space round the bed. It was difficult to open the doors to the balcony as these opened onto the bed and likewise the wardrobe. This was okay for one night but any longer was claustrophobic. Overall everything looked a bit tired."

"We enjoyed the property and the areas around it, it was an easy walk to the beach and had grocery stores and restaurants in the surrounding areas. However, we found the customer service and amenities disappointing. We were not provided with a change in towels or bed sheets throughout our 11 day stay. As well, after one roll of toilet paper we had to go buy our own. One of the staff was reluctant in calling us a taxi. "

"Staff is not so nice, never asked if we were ok in the room, no cooling air conditioner just warming which We think we should have had more than one choices, so we had to open the windows to sleep. We spent two nights in the property and they never cleaned the room. The shower area is very small that I can’t ever wash my hair comfortable. The safe box is super old and no very reliable. Only few international tv channels, a lot of local channels. Not worthy! I would not recommend the property...

"Do NOT look any further! This is where you should and must stay! I could write an essay on why! We traveled with our 2 children and stayed in the 3 bedroom, my kids screamed when they walked in. Elvis and EVERYONE at the front desk is amazing. Venice is magical and staying here only made it more special! The windows, the space, the people, stay here!"
