Elegant JUST RENOVATED APARTMENT overlooking the SEA with private beach, beach umbrella and sun loungers. It belongs to a small and pretty 3-storey building facing the sea. Near Piazza Aurora, a few meters walk from Piazza Mazzini, but more peaceful!

The apartman is very good it was perfect for my family. we had only one problem when we arrived, can't check in because the cleaning company not started the cleaning of the apartman. we had to wait 3 hours after the 7 hours trip from Hungary with 3 children. Except this everything was fine. The beach is beautifull and the place of the apartman also. Emanuel was helpfull and very good host. We loved the big balcony door if opened the whole livingroom looks like a large balcony with see view.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Lido di Jesolo. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Der Empfang sowie die Begleitung während unseres Aufenthalts bis zur Abreise war sehr positiv: Superhost Emanuel hat sich um sehr um uns gekümmert und alles möglich getan um es uns so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. The apartment and facilities were first class and had everything we needed
Emanuele, the owner, picked us up at the bus station and took us to the apartment. It was in an ideal position next to the magnificent beach. The apartment itself was very spacious and had all the necessary equipment even down to a couple of bicycles that we could use. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment and will definitely come back next year.

Just perfect
Just back from a fantastic stay at Emanuel’s appatrment and from start to finish everything was just perfect, our host had organised to have us picked up from the bus station and taken to the apartment. On arriving at the apartment there was a lovely welcome pack which was very much appreciated, the apartment has great views of the beach and boasts a great wraparound balcony with great seating and loungers. Inside the apartment is very comfortable and contains everything you could need for a comfortable stay, the apartment is in a nice quiet area but only a short stroll to the main strip and restaurants, hopefully we can return here soon thanks for everything Emanuele and also Bruna for you help, grazie!!

The Location of the apartment is right to the beach, right to the city, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, with the bikes we had a larger action radius, great! with the air conditioning in the apartment you could keep your perfect temperature. In the Kitchen everything there for cooking. perfect!

8 Tage Aufenthalt in Lido di Jesolo
Hi, unser Aufenthalt in Jesolo war super. Die Kommunikation mit Emanuele war sehr gut. Zeitnahe Informationsaustausch über sämtliche Anfragen war gegeben. Leider ist die von ihm gebuchte Reinigungskraft nicht das wahre, was ich ihm ordnungsgemäß erklärte und ihm es sichtlich unangenehm war. Verbesserungsvorschläge hat er gern entgegengenommen und hat sich dafür extra aus seinem Wohnort ( 2,5 h) zu uns auf dem Weg gemacht um sich zu entschuldigen. Er kam uns entgegen, was gar nicht unsere Absicht war. Im ganzen kann ich es jedem nur empfehlen, der mit Kindern die Nähe zum Strand sucht und um die Ecke das Nachtleben erleben möchte. Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle bei Emanuele und Familie bedanken und hoffe das er noch viele weitere Jahre diese Ferienwohnung anbieten wird, so dass viele Familien einen wunderschönen Urlaub haben. Wir kommen wieder und wünschen bis dahin Emanuele und Familie alles Gute und nur das Beste 👌👍✌

Wir können all das Positive, das von anderen hier bereits geschrieben wurde nur bestätigen: Die Wohnung liegt hervorragend, direkt am Strand mit eigenem Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und den Strand sind gigantisch. Die Wohnung ist für uns (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) perfekt gewesen, sehr sauber und der große Balkon mit ebenso hervorragender Ausstattung ideal. Emanuele war für uns stets erreichbar gewesen und war in allen Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank Emanuele!!! Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Sehr schöner Badeurlaub
Es war alles wie beschrieben. Nur der Aufgang (Aussentreppe) war leider für uns nicht so geeignet, wegen Höhenangst und bei der Übernahme der Wohnung war niemand anwesend, der uns TV erklärte, so dass jemand vorbeikommen musste. Ansonsten hatten wir wunderbare Ferien.

Tolle Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand -sofort wieder!
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Alles so wie auf den Fotos beschreiben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Eine sehr liebevoll und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Klimaanlage (war bei 35 Grad sehr angenehm). Super schnelle Kommunikation mit Emanuel. Er war auch sehr flexibel zum Check in, da wir uns durch Stau ca 1.5h verspäteten. Die einzigen zwei Kleinigkeiten: - das Internet war sehr langsam - im Hochbett ist der Rausfallschutz für kleinere Kinder eher nicht geeignet, da er nicht die ganze Fläche des Bettes abdeckt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am Strand. Die Wohnung hat einen "Privatstrand"(Strand und liefern auf dem Grundstück), allerdings sind wir immer direkt zum Meer gegangen und haben den hauseigenen Stand nicht genutzt. Am öffentlichen Strand darf man mit einer Decke vorne hin setzen und natürlich Baden. Man kann sich auch am offiziellen Strand zwei lieben mit Schirm mieten. War für uns nicht relevant. In die andere Richtung sind nur eine Querstraße entfernt viele Läden und Restaurants. Nachts war es ruhig. Einfach super. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und wissen auch wieder kommen.

Sehr gute Lage
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Italien verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand, ist sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Traumwohnung am Meer
Die Wohnung erfüllt sehr gut all das, was das Exposé und die Bewertungen bisher versprechen. Für uns (vier) mit den zwei Schlafzimmern mehr als ausreichend Platz, Lage am Strand/Meer Spitze, trotzdem ein gut zu fahrender und für alle vernünftigen PKW ausreichend großer Parkplatz - in der Lage alleine schon einen sechsten Stern wert. Einrichtungszustand, auch Außentüren&Fenster, wie neu, einzig das Laminat leidet ein wenig unter der doch eher feuchten Luft am Meer. An der Austattung (3 Moka-Kannen, plus Nespresso, plus Filtermaschine, Toaster, Mix-Stab, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine. Bügeleisen, &-brett, Staubsauger, Elektroheizer, auch ein schöner Fön) fehlt gar nix, Tassen/Teller/Gläser/Töpfe, alles da. Spülmaschine wie mehrfach beschrieben nicht vorhanden, wüßte ich aber auch nicht, wie integrieren - also Handwäsche ;-) Handtücher und Bettwäsche auch viel(e) und gut. Relative Lage in Lido di Jesolo auch perfekt, an der Piazza Aurora gibt es den Supermarkt, einen Bäcker, einen Fleischer, einen Gemüseladen, und zum Fischladen sind es dann nochmal 50m. Die Touristenmeile ist ja sowieso da. Gegen ganz große Hitze hilft die Klimaanlage, die Fahrräder unr für zwei, die sind aber in super Zustand. Die Hausgemeinschaft besteht wohl im wesentlichen aus Einheimischen, teilweise Wochehendebesuchern, allerdings können wir das nicht genau sagen weil:

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Jesolo verbracht! Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer inkl. Privat Strand. Alles war sauber! Haustiere sind Willkommen. Emanuele war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Alles in allem perfekt für uns gewesen! Schade das es keine Spühlmaschine hat.
