I'd suggest a bit of work on the hotel website in order to provide more complete information to their guests. I've found it's missing some information, which could help prevent possible issues."

"Hotel is conveniently located about 5 minutes walk from main train station, main bus station was about a 20 minute walk. Close to a tram stop at the train station which made it easy to use public transportation around the city. Also, very walkable to main tourist attractions, 10-15 minutes. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was comfortable & clean, good hot shower. Breakfast included was great, many choices & tasty. "
