I was given an annex room for a full price which was never mentioned at the time of booking, It seems like a split of the full suite. The people stayed in the next room were very loud and noisy. When reported to the reception the staff behaved very disrespectfully, awkwardly and defensive. It was best to drop the conversation and lived with the situation faced.

Always stay here when visiting my daughter in NYC. Staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, modern, & comfortable. The shuttle service is across the street, convenient & affordable, dropping you off right at Port Authority.
