The space
This apartment has plenty of space. Great place for couples, or those who are combining travel with work. High speed Wi-Fi, smart TV and fully stocked kitchen.
Once you get up to the third floor flat you'll be treated to tons of lighting as you ascend the staircase. The kitchen area is perfect for fixing up a quick meal before going on your adventures in the city! Once you're back, our memory foam mattresses will cradle you as you rest like a new born baby.
In one of the 2 bed rooms you'll also find a desk perched right above the trees so you can just see the NYC skyline. Just a couple of blocks away there is a huge, beautiful park complete with all sort of activities; baseball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, running trails, dog parks, Cherry Blossom trees, slopes for sledding (kids), a large lake with restaurant.
Further down the block you come to JFK Blvd east a road along the cliffside that boasts fantastic views of the NYC skyline and easy access to NYC by express Buses that run every couple of minutes.
This town is one of the most desired in the proximity of New York City. Not far from the apartment there is an exquisite view of New York City skyline and the Hudson River. The commute by bus to 42nd Street (The Port Authority Bus Terminal) is approximately 20-30 minutes. Only a 1-minute walk from the apartment to the bus stop into Manhattan. There is a ferry that can also be used to go to Manhattan. We are also very close to Hoboken and Jersey City which are very well known for their delicious restaurants with spectacular Hudson River views.

- Street parking for $10 a night (ticket to be purchased at nearby kiosk)
- 3 different bus stops (NJTransit) for transportation to NYC dropping you off in Time Square passing every couple of minutes
- Plenty of multicultural restaurants within walking distance or for delivery
- Hoboken and Jersey City lively areas for bar hopping and skyline views just a quick 10-15 minute Uber/Lyft ride away
- Blvd east or River Rd, Edgewater has a lovely walking path to view the skyline
- 10 minute drive away from the newly American Dream mall. Hosts indoor snowboarding slope, mini-golf, Nickelodeon park, and an extravaganza of stores to visit.
- 10 minute drive away from Met Life stadium for all those sport fanatics
- If you enjoy a morning run, there is a park with a lake just walking distance away.

Parking:
To park on the street, you need a visitor's pass to park overnight and it can be purchased in a nearby kiosk across from 8411 Bergenline Ave ·for $10 a night. You cannot purchase them in advance.
